My advanced HVAC cert is stuck in processing for three months now
Sent in all my papers back in April. Still nothing. It's holding up my plan to go after commercial jobs. How long do you wait before you start pushing?

Right there with you on calling daily. I had a contractor ghost me for six weeks once. Started leaving messages every morning like clockwork. If they want the job bad enough, they'll find a way to show up or at least call you back. You let it slide, you'll be at the bottom of their list forever.

After three months you stop setting reminders to call them and start setting reminders for when they might finally call you back.
