Had the worst job interview of my life last Thursday in Chicago, but it taught me something about preparation.

I showed up 20 minutes early, nailed the technical questions, then completely froze when they asked about my biggest weakness. The hiring manager looked at me and said 'you know, you could've just said you overprepare for interviews.' Has anyone else bombed a single question and still gotten a second round?

Oh totally @harper693 that interviewer was being nice, I had one tell me 'maybe don't say you get overwhelmed easily' after I bombed my weakness answer lmao
