Found a 5 minute resume trick that got me 3 callbacks this week
Used to spend hours on my resume and got nothing back. Switched to matching exact keywords from each job posting into my summary and bullet points. Anyone else try this or do you think it's just luck?

Isnt that just how everything works now though? Like you gotta feed the machine the exact words it wants or it ignores you. Same thing with dating apps and search engines, say the magic phrase or you're invisible.
