Shipped my truck from Phoenix to Seattle and the dispatcher at the yard told me something I still think about
Back in March I shipped my 2011 Tacoma from Phoenix up to Seattle after taking a job transfer, and the dispatcher at the pickup yard walked the truck with me for a good 10 minutes before he would even hand me the paperwork. He said, 'I ain't gonna load nothing I can't prove came off the same way,' and made me take about 40 photos of every panel and the odometer reading 187,432. Cost me $1,150 through a broker, but that guy's walkthrough is the only reason the claim for the scuffed bumper got approved instead of denied. Do you all do a full photo walkaround every time, or am I overdoing it now?
