After 200 drop reconnects, I finally went back to the old burial depth guide
Overheard a Cox supervisor say 18 inches is a suggestion until someone runs a tiller through it and blames you, so I spent yesterday reburying a line in Fresno at 24 inches and now I'm wondering who else still follows the minimum depth spec.
