Honestly, seeing a guy in Detroit build a whole kitchen with just a Japanese pull saw and a chisel made me rethink my entire shop setup.

That "whole kitchen with just a pull saw and a chisel" thing is wild. My garage is full of power tools and I still can't make a decent picture frame. Makes you wonder what we're all compensating for.

My uncle built his house with hand tools in the 70s. Took him years but it's still standing. Sometimes the old way is just about having more time than money.
