The intake guy in Sacramento said don't bother filing without a lawyer, lost 4 months of back pay
He told me at the SSDI office that a solo claim never wins, so I waited around for a rep to call me back. Filed on my own 3 months later with a free advocate from the county and got approved at the hearing stage anyway.
