The denial letter that cited the wrong doctor's report
My appeal lawyer in Fresno caught a mistake in my initial denial letter last month. The judge's decision mentioned a doctor I never saw, not the specialist who actually did my evaluation. He filed a motion to correct the record and the whole thing got remanded back for a new hearing. Has anyone else had a denial that had straight up false info in it? Seems like that should be grounds for a faster appeal.

Did your lawyer catch the wrong doctor citation BEFORE the deadline to appeal, or did that mistake basically hand you a free pass to reopen everything?
