Finally fixed the blinking green arrow near my subdivision, took 3 weeks of phone calls
Back in March that light at Old Mill and Route 9 started skipping the left turn green arrow every other cycle. First I thought I was just hitting it wrong, but after 5 days of the same mess I started recording timestamps on my phone. Called the county traffic office twice, got transferred to some voicemail that never called back. Finally I sent a video clip to the state DOT email listed on their website, and someone actually responded within a day. They sent a tech out last Tuesday and turns out a sensor under the pavement had a cracked wire. It took 3 weeks of my commute getting stuck through 3 or 4 cycles pretty much every morning. Has anyone else had luck getting a light fixed by sending video instead of calling?

I heard the video route works cause they can see the problem right away, no more back and forth.
