I thought color coding my bullet journal was a waste of time until I tried it for 3 weeks
Back in 2021 I started my first bullet journal and I kept it super plain. Just black ink, a ruler, and the basic key. I figured color coding was just for people who wanted their pages to look pretty on Instagram. Then my friend Maria showed me her journal from last year. She used a simple system: blue for work tasks, green for personal, red for urgent. I was skeptical but I tried it for 3 weeks in my own journal. By week two I could find any task in seconds without reading every line. I still use black for most things but now I grab a blue pen for work stuff and it actually saves me time. Has anyone else found that one small change made a big difference in how they use their journal?
