Adding a mood tracker to my bullet journal flipped my thinking

I used to think bullet journals were only for tasks. Then I saw a post about tracking moods. It showed me patterns in my feelings. Now I understand how it helps with mental health. My journal feels more complete.

My old journal just has grocery lists and dentist appointments in it. Can't imagine my daily mood being that important to write down.

I read about this 1970s study where they had people track minor daily stuff (like moods or small wins). Turns out over six months those tiny notes showed clear patterns people never noticed in the moment. Your grocery list journal might secretly be a map of your stress cycles or when you felt motivated. You'd only see it by looking back at all those boring Tuesday entries together.
