My PM keeps adding "quick favor" tasks that somehow eat 3 days, so I started logging every one of them
I tracked 11 of these requests over two months on a 40 unit build in Reno and they added up to 9 full days of work nobody scheduled, has anyone found a way to get these actually counted in the plan?
