Instant oats are a scam, 20 servings of steel cut for $4.80
Switched after my roommate proved the 2 minute stuff costs 4x more per bowl and tastes like paste. Has anyone else done the overnight jar method and actually stuck with it past week 1?
The paste comparison is spot on, I laughed out loud when I read that. I did the overnight jar thing for like two weeks straight once, mason jar with some almond milk and a pinch of salt, and it honestly got easier once I made it part of my nightly routine. The trick for me was making three jars at once on Sunday so I didn't have to think about it every day. Still, I'll cave and buy the instant packets when I'm running late, no shame.
