My cousin told me last spring that a dice tray speeds up any game by 15 minutes because nobody is chasing rolls off the table. I ignored him for months until I finally grabbed a cheap folding tray for our Friday night group last week. Now I'm wondering if there are other little table habits that cut down play time without changing the rules, what's yours?

Fifteen minutes seems like a stretch, folks lose dice anyway.
