Warned my cousin about gas station sushi in Tulsa, he ate it anyway, and Friday night got real bad
My cousin came through Tulsa last Friday and grabbed a $6 sushi tray from a gas station off I-44 around 9pm. I told him that was a bad idea, but he said the rice looked fine and ate the whole thing. By 2am he was throwing up in my bathroom, and by 6am I was driving him to urgent care. Doctor said it was likely the raw fish sitting out too long. Has anyone else had a combo backfire this hard, or is gas station sushi just a known no-go for everybody?
