The night my favorite show lost me over one tiny detail
I finally got around to watching that big hit series everyone was talking about, the one with the deep space mining crew. Took me about 4 nights to finish season 1. I was hooked, the acting was solid, the plot twists were fun. Then in episode 7 of season 2, they showed the ship's computer screen and the font was totally wrong. Like a generic default font. They spent all this money on set design and costumes, but the screens looked like a high school project. It bugged me so much I had to pause and rewind. After that, I couldn't take any of the tech scenes seriously. The countdown timers, the error messages, all of it felt fake. I finished the season but it was a slog. My buddy says I'm crazy for nitpicking a font. Has anyone else had a show completely ruined for them by a small prop or visual mistake? What was it?
