Remember when buying a whole TV season on DVD was the only way to binge?

I dropped about $80 on the box set for 'Lost' season 2 back in 2006, and honestly, it felt like a fortune at the time just to watch a few episodes a night without commercials. What was the last physical media set you bought before streaming took over?

Totally feel that. My last big purchase was the complete series of The Office on DVD, which cost a small fortune. Funny how normal it seemed to save up for plastic boxes of shows.

$80 for one season of Lost is wild, @alice89. I remember staring at the price tag on a 24 box set for months before finally giving in. The idea of paying that much for a single show now just doesn't compute.
