Torque wrenches, do you trust them or feel them out?
I used to think torque wrenches were overkill for bikes, but after snapping a carbon seatpost clamp bolt on a client's gravel rig last Tuesday, I bought a park tool one and now I get why the old timers swear by them. On the flip side, my buddy still uses the elbow method on everything from stems to derailleurs and never had a failure in 10 years. Which side do you land on, and has anything actually made you flip your stance?
