I thought bluing a chain was snake oil, then I tried it on my commuter after 4 months
Wiped it down with mineral spirits, heated it up, and dunked it in the blue. Chain's been quiet for 2 weeks now and I want to know if this actually holds up long term or if I just got lucky.
