Took me 3 days to figure out why my clippers kept snagging on one guy's hair
Had a client named Marcus with real thick curly hair and my Andis clippers kept catching and pulling every time. I checked the blade alignment, oiled everything twice, swapped blades, and even bought a new cord. Turned out his hair was just damp from a shower 20 minutes earlier and I never asked. Do you guys always ask clients if they washed their hair before coming in?
