Started keeping a spray bottle of witch hazel on the station, way less redness on neck lines
For years I finished every cut with the same routine, hot towel then a quick alcohol wipe, and clients with sensitive skin kept leaving with red angry necks. About 4 months into working solo at my shop in Akron I swapped that wipe for a 50/50 witch hazel and water mix in a cheap spray bottle, and the redness dropped off almost right away. Any of you older guys using something better for calming the skin right after the razor, or is witch hazel still the go to?
