My old shop mentor swore by a $12 neck duster over a $70 brush, and I finally tried it
He used to say "the cheap one gets the job done and you won't cry when you lose it," and after mine vanished at a busy Saturday at the shop on 8th, I grabbed one for $12 and honestly the cut feels just as clean, so now I'm wondering if I've been overpaying on tools this whole time, anyone else go cheap on the basics?
