Serious question, my roommate ran a space heater and the microwave on the same outlet and blew the breaker 4 times in one evening

This happened on a Tuesday in our apartment off Cedar Street when it was about 12 degrees outside. Around 6pm she plugged her space heater into the kitchen outlet, then started the microwave, and the power cut out to half the apartment. I reset the breaker in the hallway panel, told her to move the heater to her room, and she did it again 20 minutes later, then a third time while I was on a work call. By the fourth flip I was standing in the dark holding a flashlight asking her to please pick one appliance, and she told me I was being dramatic about a little electricity. Now the outlet has a brown burn mark on it and maintenance wants to charge us $75. How do you split a fee like that when only one person caused it?
