Warning: a car parked on the crosswalk is worse than one taking two spots
I walk my dog past the same corner in Sacramento every morning and the worst parkers are never the ones hogging spots, they are the ones sitting right on the crosswalk lines. Last Tuesday a guy in a silver Civic left his back end hanging 2 feet into the walk, so a mom with a stroller had to go around him into traffic. Why does everyone yell about the double parker but nobody says a word about the crosswalk blocker?

Wait his back end was hanging 2 feet into the walk?? That's insane, a stroller mom literally had to walk into traffic because of one lazy parker.
