Three years at the same Costco lot and I still can't unsee this one truck

Last week I was parked two rows from the cart return at the Costco off Highway 99 in Everett, and there it was again, that same lifted F-250 taking up four spots near the curb. I first saw this truck back in 2021, always parked the same way, diagonally across the lines like the pavement was a suggestion. The driver never gets out when I'm around, so I have no idea who they are or why they park like that. I counted 14 other cars circling for close spots while this guy just sat there with his wheels over two different parking lines. Honestly, at this point I'm less mad and more curious what goes through someone's head to do that for three straight years. Has anyone else got a repeat offender at their local store that you see more often than your own neighbors?

Man, that's wild. I had a similar thing at my local grocery store, this little blue Civic that would always park in the fire lane right by the door. Same spot every Saturday for like two years. I finally left a friendly note on his windshield one day, just asking if he knew the lane was for emergencies. Never saw the note or the car again after that, so either he got the hint or moved away. Honestly, sometimes the mystery is better than the answer, but it does make you wonder if these people just have zero clue or they genuinely enjoy the chaos.
