Someone parked *sideways* across two handicap spots at the Walmart on Colfax
Was at the Walmart on Colfax in Denver on Saturday and saw a guy in a silver minivan park straight across two handicap spots, not even diagonal, just completely sideways. There were three open regular spots like 20 feet away. An older lady with a walker had to wait for him to finish texting before he even got out. Has anyone else seen someone park this bad on purpose, or was this dude just not paying attention at all?
