Rant: the black Silverado at my Kroger on Tuesday took up four spots and a cart return
Walked out of the Kroger on 5th Street around 6pm on Tuesday and there was a black Silverado parked sideways across four spots plus the cart return, like it just gave up halfway through backing in. I watched an older lady with a cane have to walk around it in the rain because she couldn't get to the return bay. The kicker? A cart guy said it had been sitting there since 4 and nobody had come out once. How do you even fix that, is it a tow or do you just leave a note and hope?

Since nobody had come out once in two hours, that's not a note situation, that's a call the tow truck and let them eat the fee situation.
