That $40 windshield repair kit made things a lot worse
Picked up a glass repair kit from the auto parts store off Route 9 last Tuesday because a rock chip was spreading across my windshield. Followed the instructions to the letter, but the resin just made a huge cloudy spiderweb and now the crack runs half the panel. Anyone else try one of these DIY kits and end up scheduling a full replacement instead?
