Wait you actually got a clean batch of crushed concrete...? Mine was nothing but dust.

Oh man, I gotta push back a little here. Crushed concrete tends to have a lot of fines and dust in it, which can actually cause drainage problems if your patio base isn't set up right. In my experience, gravel gives you way better water flow and less chance of the base shifting over time. But hey, your mileage may vary on this, especially if you got lucky with a clean batch of crushed concrete. I'd just say keep an eye on it after a few heavy rains to make sure it's settling okay.
