PSA: Check your ground wire connections at the rack bay
I was at a regional line maintenance shop in Boise last Thursday and saw three different units with corrosion hiding under the star washers - all because nobody bothered to torque them proper after the last panel swap. Has anyone else run into loose grounds causing intermittent failures that drive you nuts?

Totally agree with you @drew_bennett24, I had a rack where a loose ground was making a transceiver drop out randomly every few hours and it drove me nuts for a week before I found it lol.

Three units with hidden corrosion? That's insane, I'd be losing my mind chasing that kind of ghost in the system.
