Got burned by a parking boot near Krog Street, here's how I got it off in 20 minutes
I parked in a private lot off Krog Street last Friday around 6pm, paid the $5 at the kiosk, and came back to a boot on my front wheel anyway. Turns out the lot's app didn't send the payment through and the attendant had already left. I called the number on the boot, explained the app issue, and they sent a guy out in about 20 minutes to take it off after I showed them my payment confirmation email. Saved me the $75 removal fee and I learned to always screenshot the confirmation right away. Has anyone else had trouble with those private lot apps around the Beltline?
