TIL the hard way that cheap phone mounts die in Phoenix summers
Bought a $12 magnetic phone mount from a gas station in Mesa back in June. By August the adhesive turned to goo and my phone dropped onto the dash during a left turn. Cracked the screen, $140 repair. Anyone else lose gear to Arizona heat specifically?
