TIL you can re-crisp leftover french fries by spraying them with water first
I used to just dump cold fries in the basket and they came out rubbery every time. Last week I misted them with a little water from a spray bottle before hitting 400 for 4 minutes and they came out almost like fresh, has anyone else tried this or am I late to the party?

Huh, that actually works? Did you spray them wet enough to soak through or just a light mist on top?
