Serious question, cutting chicken thighs in half before air frying, worth the extra 2 minutes or nah?
Made thighs last Tuesday at my place in Tucson and did them bone in, skin on, 380 for 24 minutes, and they came out great but my buddy swears cutting them in half first gets the skin way crisper. So which side are you on, whole thighs for the juiciness or halved for the crisp, and does the time saved or lost actually matter to you?
Wait, are you telling me your buddy timed those extra 2 minutes while you both sat there drinking beers? I'm team whole thigh for the juiciness, but honestly the skin crisps up fine if you pat it dry before it goes in.
