Frozen veggies straight in the basket beat the thawed route
Everyone in my house kept telling me to thaw frozen broccoli and Brussels sprouts before air frying, saying they would get soggy or burn. I tried that for months and hated the texture, it was always too soft. Last week I got lazy and just dumped a bag of frozen florets in with a little oil and salt at 380. They came out crispy on the edges and tender inside in 12 minutes, no babysitting needed. The trick is to shake the basket twice and not overcrowd it, which I only figured out after my third batch. Now I do this with frozen green beans and cauliflower too, and it saves me 20 minutes of prep. Anybody else skip the thawing step and get better results?

Ha! So the family was wrong and the lazy route wins again, classic.
