Basket vs tray for wings, crispy skin debate
I tried wings stacked in the basket and then laid flat on the tray last Friday, basket ones came out soggy on the bottom but tray ones dried out, so which method actually wins for that buffalo crunch you want, or am I just overthinking a $30 gadget?
