Just realized a small tweak in how I prompt AI images saves me hours of redo work...
Last week someone in a different forum pointed out that my prompts were too vague on lighting direction. I always just said "soft lighting" and hoped for the best. They told me to add a specific angle like "light from upper left" or "backlit from behind". I tried it on a set of 10 image generations and only had to redo 2 of them, down from like 6 or 7 before. It feels dumb that such a simple thing never clicked for me earlier. Now I also add a word about the mood or time of day, like "golden hour" or "overcast noon". Has anyone else found a tiny phrasing change that made a big difference in your outputs?

Yeah but try adding "harsh shadows" instead of "diffused". Real game changer.

Saw a YouTube video where a guy added "cinematic" to his prompts and said it fixed his output issues.
