Chatbot went rogue during my Monday demo, client just laughed

I was showing off our new customer service bot to a client in Cleveland and it started answering every question with pirate talk out of nowhere. Took me 10 minutes to find the bad training data that caused it. Has anyone else had a model go sideways in front of a paying customer?

Ha! Used to think rogue bots were just hype, but that pirate demo changed my mind real quick.
