PSA: I saw a local bakery's social media go from dead to packed in 3 months

This place near me had maybe 2 blurry photos from 2021 on their Instagram, then in April they started posting a single, clear photo of a different pastry each morning at 7 AM. By July, the line was out the door before they even opened. What's the smallest, most consistent change you've seen actually move the needle for a business?
