Client asked for a 'viral' ad, then shot down every single idea I brought

Spent 2 weeks pitching 9 concepts for a local coffee chain in Portland, and the owner kept saying 'make it more like that TikTok dance thing.' Finally showed them data from our last campaign, 0.4% engagement on video ads, and asked what they actually wanted. They said 'make me look cool.' Walked out after that. Has anyone else had a client who wants results but refuses to listen to the numbers?
