Sorting through my old conspiracy zine collection got me thinking
I mean, back in the 90s, we'd trade these zines at meetups and debates were all face-to-face. Now, everything's online and it feels like shouting matches. I used to love putting together my own zines with cut-out articles and hand-drawn maps. Idk, maybe it's just me but the theories were wilder but the talks were kinder. Like, we'd argue about aliens in Area 51 for hours over coffee. These days, my project is scanning those zines to share online, but the comments section is a whole other beast.
