That 300 lb weight limit sticker got me thinking about foam density
I was at a liquidation store in Portland last week and this guy next to me was flipping chairs over, checking the stickers underneath. He said, 'don't trust the weight limit, check the foam density number instead.' I had no idea those numbers even existed. Turns out my old mesh chair had a density around 1.8, which explains why the seat felt like a park bench after a year. Has anyone else looked up their chair's foam spec sheet, or am I the only one who just sat on stuff at the store and hoped for the best?
