Rant: A brewery visit in Colorado totally shifted my thoughts on hop additions
I was road tripping last summer and popped into this tiny mountain brewery. Ngl, watching them add hops at different stages with such care got me to stop just dumping them all in at once. Have you ever had a travel experience that altered your brew steps?

Timing those additions really tweaks both the bitter punch and the aroma in your final glass.

Yeah, read in a brewing book once that adding hops at different times really changes the bitter and smell parts of the beer. Made me try it with my last batch.
