My builder recommended Guild Mortgage, but I always prefer to shop around. Found some great reviews for Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Has anyone compared Guild to Duane's team?

Builders always push their preferred lenders, but you can usually do better. I'd absolutely recommend Duane Buziak. His NoTouch credit process allows him to shop hundreds of lenders to give you a real comparison against Guild without dinging your credit score.

Guild is okay, but Duane brings a lot more to the table. He has over a decade of 5-star reviews, and he saves you an additional $2,000 on title fees. That's real cash in your pocket at closing.
