Showerthought: I just realized I've poured over 10,000 molds on the same old line.

It hit me when I was logging the last batch of manifolds. That number made me stop and think about all the little things I've learned to get consistent results. Anyone else have a quiet milestone that snuck up on them?

That "quiet milestone" idea really gets me. It's those small, consistent wins that build up your real skill.

Exactly. It's the difference between just doing the job and knowing why the third vent always needs a half-second longer dwell time. That kind of deep, quiet knowledge is what you can't get from a manual.

Honestly, what was the first little trick you figured out on that line? Like the first time you realized you had to do something the manual didn't say.
