Just finished up my 100th whole house tape and float job this week

I didn't even keep count until about a year ago when a buddy asked how many rooms I'd done. Started jotting it down every time I finished a full house. Hit 100 on Wednesday and honestly it caught me off guard. That's a lot of miles traveled and mud mixed. Anyone else keep track of how many rooms or houses you've finished over the years?

Started taping and mudding back in 2017 and I'm barely at 32 full houses now. Hundred is a serious milestone, man. I remember hitting my first 10 and thinking that was a lot. Must feel good to look back at all that work knowing you helped build so many homes. How long did it take you to get to 100?

What kind of crew did you run when you were grinding through that first 50 houses?

@alice269 I ran with just one other guy for the first 50 or so. Had a helper who stayed off the stick and kept the pans full. It was slow going but we got clean lines. @laura_allen It took me about 6 years to hit 100. Probably could have done it faster if I didnt turn down so many small jobs early on. @alice269 How many guys you run with when you started?
