The self checkout at my Kroger got 4 new machines last week and somehow the line is worse than when a cashier ran it
Six months ago the store on Vine Street had 2 lanes open with real people and I was out in under 5 minutes. Now there are 6 self checkouts and it takes me 12 minutes because half of them yell at you for putting your bag down too fast. Is this happening at other stores or did my location just get the worst batch of machines?
