Just saw my password manager flagged 47 duplicate passwords across my old accounts.
I ran a security audit after hearing about a breach at a forum I used in 2012, and seeing that number made me finally go through and update everything. Has anyone else had a scary high duplicate count and found a good system for changing them all without losing your mind?

My last audit showed 112 duplicates, it was brutal. I started by changing passwords for my five most important accounts, like email and banking, and used a password manager's built in generator for the rest. Took a whole weekend but now everything is unique.

112 duplicates is a number that would make my head spin. I did something similar last year and the sheer amount of time it eats up is unreal. Getting the big ones like email and bank done first is the only way to stay sane through it. Honestly, that whole weekend you spent is going to feel so worth it now that it's over.
