Went from bouncing between 5 different apps to just using Notion for content planning

Back in 2018 I had my ideas scattered across Trello, Google Docs, and even sticky notes on my desk. It was a mess trying to find anything from 2 weeks ago. Then around 2020 I switched everything into one single Notion database with tags for each project stage. Now I just open one page and I can see my whole month planned out. Has anyone else found a setup that actually sticks for tracking content deadlines?

oh man my friend Sarah had this exact same nightmare scenario but with like 6 different platforms and a physical whiteboard. she'd plan her blog posts on Trello, her podcast episodes on Asana, her YouTube scripts in Google Docs, and then her whole calendar was on paper sticky notes stuck to her monitor. it was such a mess she actually missed a big brand deal deadline because she forgot to check her whiteboard. she finally caved and moved everything into ClickUp about a year ago and now shes obsessed. she says the best part is she can see her entire quarter at once without opening 5 tabs. its wild how one system can completely fix the chaos.
