Boom pin seized up on a 50 ton Grove outside Tulsa, took 6 hours to free

Had a 2018 Grove with the main boom pin froze solid after a dusty job near Catoosa. Tried penetrant, heat, even a porta power, finally had to cut a custom puller out of 1 inch plate. Anyone else dealt with a pin that bad, and what did you end up using to get it moving?
